Brooks Financial Tools is a financial management application operated by BA Scientific Consulting. It monitors personal and business finances and sends optional SMS alerts to users who opt in.

2. Information Collected

When you enroll in SMS alerts, we collect your mobile phone number, your SMS consent and notification preferences, and message delivery records.

3. How Information Is Used

Your mobile number is used only to send the SMS alerts you signed up for: balance alerts, transaction alerts, account sync updates, system and backup notifications, and financial summaries.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not sold, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own purposes. Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, processes only the information needed to deliver messages. Formspree, our form-processing provider, receives enrollment form submissions only to deliver them to us.

5. SMS Alerts

SMS alerts are sent only to users who opt in through the SMS Alerts enrollment form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Terms of Service.

6. Data Security

BA Scientific Consulting uses access controls and reasonable security measures to protect stored information.
